
our $15 aFFordable "F" series - Fit Class, Flow Yoga, & Fundamentals
Small group, personalized refromer pilates is the core of what we do, but we believe that complimenting your pilates practice and mountain adventures with traditional strength training and yoga is important to balance your fitness. In fact, we think it's important enough that we offer our Fit class and our Flow Yoga classes for only $15 to make it accessible to support your ftiness goals.! We also offer our introductory Fundamentals reformer class for only $15 which is required prior to joining other Pilates reformer classes.
fit class
We believe that complimenting Pilates with weight workouts is valuable to challenge your muscles and fitness in different ways. Our FIT class incorporates traditional strength, cardio, and functional training. While we integrate pilates principles like core stabilization, this class is not on the reformer and will include dumbbells circuits, high intensity intervals, and/or sculpt exercises. This is a rigorous class, but all exercises can be modified. If you have been unsure about traditional weight training, this is the perfect opportunity to try it in a supportive environment. Note: An Intro reformer class is not required for this class
fundamentals
If you are a local and it is your first time on a reformer, this introductory class is required prior to taking our other reformer classes. The Fundamentals class is Tuesdays at 5pm for only $15. It is slightly slower pace and teaches more moderate exercises so you can focus on foundational reformer use and pilates principles.. Typically students join group classes after a single intro class, but your instructor may determine that you would benefit from an additional private lesson. You can use the "F" Series package for this class but are limited to 1 Fundamentals class per student
flow yoga
Flow Yoga is an all levels continuous movement class that incorporates mobility, flexibility, and strength. Muscles will be activated while you lengthen and stretch, linking poses together in a flowing sequence that is coordinated with the breath. This class may focus on a specific theme, such as mindfulness, as you move through a mix of postures, core work, and standing series. Yoga is the perfect compliment to challenging Pilates classes or long days in the mountains Yoga also offers a wide range of benefits beyond the physical, promoting mindfulness, reducing stress, enhancing focus and coordination.
